Our birth originates from the longing to return to our gastronomic roots, the need to honor and celebrate the richness of Maya culture in the culinary realm. We blend the ancient with the contemporary, combining ancestral techniques passed down by the guardians of our culture with new and exciting culinary practices.In Kin', passion, enjoyment, and love for cooking are at our core. Here, we sing and laugh, we dance to release stress and ignite our passion. We support each other in the pursuit of our dreams.Kin' is a tribute to all the Maya chefs who came before us, a way to honor our mother earth and to appreciate the life that our ingredients provide us. In "PACH-NAH," our organic garden, we are dedicated to the production of herbs, leaves, and seasonal foods such as tomatoes, beans, pumpkins, corn, and chilies.Our approach is based on ecological and sustainable practices. We do not use chemicals or pesticides in our garden. Instead, we follow biodynamic principles to enrich the soil and ensure the production of high-quality food.Our priority is to cultivate naturally and environmentally friendly, preserving the health of the soil and promoting biological diversity in our surroundings. In this way, we ensure that we offer fresh and nutritious food that benefits both our guests and the planet.

During this event, ancestral techniques of cooking over embers are present, while we enjoy the sea breeze and the beach of PETIT LAFITTE, creating a unique and special atmosphere.

Additionally, this event recognizes and values the effort, knowledge, and importance of the cooks in preparing the food that will nourish us on this day. It also invites us to share and experience the flavors of our Mexican cuisine as a family, encompassing culinary traditions from the north to the south of the country.

It is an ancestral celebration, a ritual filled with magic and purity, a chant to the products generously given to us by the land and transformed into culinary experiences by the hands of our team, with the sole purpose of sharing.This event aims to create an experience focused on the appreciation of regional proteins and to honor and give thanks for another day when food is served at our table. It also seeks to dignify national traditions and support local producers through the purchase of sustainably sourced ingredients.
